Our partnership with the European bank for reconstruction and development presents a tangible model for the full value chain. First, we started with a comprehensive study on creating job opportunities for white collar candidates, with specific focus on youth and women, across the whole of the contract. Through our solid networking with all local governmental, private sector and donor agency partners in the country, as well as extensive filed research and innovative focus groups with representative beneficiary groups, we managed to developed a most informative study with sound analysis and creative, tangible and practical solutions that can create and sustain hundreds of thousands of jobs across the nation. Our partnership with EBRD then extended to designing and delivering experiential based workshops to transform small and medium as well as family businesses into professional business models capable of sustainable and profitable growth. the program was significantly successful to the extent is was repeated 4 times in less than a year, with focus on ladies across the full spectrum of industries and services. To complete the value chain, Fit for Life took responsibility for several strategic transformation projects, where our partners are SMEs manufacturing a variety of products { in the areas of textile, furniture, electronics and lighting}, and Fit for Life orchestrated a comprehensive restructuring model, developing the company vision, conducting a comprehensive gap analysis, developing strategies, action plans and time lines per business dimension {products, customers, supply chain, production, commercial, people, technology, processes, systems and all}, and leading to a tangible successful transformation to these businesses in terms of business volume, profitability and sustainable growth.
