Last week on January 22nd we held a very powerful sessions with the leaders of the retail sector at First Abu Dhabi Bank and their powerful initiative lead by their great leader Mariam Al Samani. It was a session full of exchanged aspirations of the bank leaders, professional participation, and as always positive and active enjoyment. The main topics discussed during the sessions were transformational leadership, a practical system for transforming challenges into incentives, mechanisms for linking top and target management directions, numbers and competitions, realistic ideas to motivate work teams, and a positive thinking approach. The most important thing was the harmony of the leadership team, the creation of harmony, and agreement on the ethical system of collective and individual work. The session was finalized as we agreed on the next steps and the commitment of each member of the team as well as their joint commitment that is the presence of desire and motivation.
