The first workshop for training trainers and capacity building was a huge success. The aim of this workshop, and many yet to come, is setting professional standards for all sectors, according to the ISCO international classification system. Today we can say that we succeeded, everyone in the group presented their work in formulating occupational profile, learning units, and functional areas for a specific career, concrete technician. The output is close to the international model. And the days to come, we will complete and review the entire form, and then we present it to a validation evaluation and verification committee. Then, soon after, young people will have the knowledge base and capabilities to apply the same process for all professions in the sector, and we also begin a series of capacity-building workshops for trainers in other sectors. Hopefully, this will be an introduction to the creation of sector skills councils, as are all developed countries operating. It is also a first step to establish a professional base for all occupational standards in Egypt, and we guarantee productivity and quality at the international level, and the ability to export products and technical labor based on their evaluation and licensing of their work certificates in accordance with international standards. A long journey takes concrete steps to achieve the first real product today. We are extremely proud of the work we have done at this workshop and the output everyone has produced. Thank you, TVET Egypt, for taking the initiative and bringing all the players together into one system.
