This is where GE Healthcare North and East Africa leadership team partnered with Fit for Life, in an ambitious model to ensure alignment on direction and clarity of goals. A specifically designed and tailored 2 day experiential-based workshop ensured the development of an aligned and unified definition and interpretation of the set vision for the region, development of strategies that would realize such vision, development of solid and smart objectives and action plans that would ensure the achievement of such objectives, in addition to providing sound assessment of all leadership talents, through untraditional and unorthodox assessment games. The outcome was a full set of strategies, action plans, goals, KPIs, ownership and accountability, as well as clear adoption of the leadership model and culture to be embedded within the region.
