January 30th, 2020 is a day that will go down in our history as one of the most successful days at FFL. This was our day’s work with the Heidelberg Global Cement team and its commercial team, led by the evolving developer, Mohamed Hegazy. We started one year ago with the leadership team with an untraditional approach to executive coaching. Yielding such positive results, we conducted an assessment center of the managerial levels at Heidelberg. The real strength in the expertise of the evaluators team is not all theoretical but having real hands on experience in international and local companies and various industries. Which is why the assessment center designed and conducted by the FFL team remains very realistic with interactive sessions and dynamic games yielding consistent, logical, and revealing results and paves the way for a brighter futures and to achieve the ambitions of the company and its deserving employees.
