Lamia Bahaie is a highly experienced and well rounded business and management practitioner/consultant, with long years of rich experience in various fields of HR. She is one of few highly rated HR and management talent assessors on different management levels, with a rich portfolio of assessment center design and implementation projects in a list of blue chip firms including Etisalat, Vodafone, Coca Cola, Henkel, Macdonald’s, National Bank of Egypt, GSK and Toshiba.
She enjoys colorful expertise in design and implementation of job grading and total reward models in Egypt and the Gulf, in addition to a sound exposure in the areas of executive and life coaching, being one of very few certified coaches who combine life and business coaching expertise in one blend.
Lamia is a graduate of Cairo University, Faculty of Engineering, Biomedical Degree, and has completed her Masters degree in public administration and organization design from the American University in Cairo. She is a certified assessor through SHL, a certified Life coach and has extensive coaching experiences on group and individual levels.
Her corporate career involved senior roles in different HR functions as compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent management and HR operations, in organizations including the AUC, the Central Bank of Egypt and her last senior position was the HR director for Ajman university, where she spearheaded a major transformation initiative to convert the university into a world class business professional and academic organization.
On the consulting side, Lamia has supported and partnered with Khaled Habib in numerous restructuring, turn around and business transformation projects on local and regional levels. She has also added to her expertise a wide range of training programs for middle managers and supervisors in a variety of industries.
